Service Description
This study is sponsored by a research team at Virginia Tech and has been approved by the Virginia Tech research ethics board (approval number 19-201). We are seeking research participants to complete an online study determining the extent to which individuals can improve their relationships and daily functioning. Please note that this study is preliminary, as we are testing out a new self-guided online program that has not been validated in prior research. You are not required to have any specific diagnosis or condition to participate in this study. Your involvement for this study will occur entirely online. Participants in this study will complete an initial session over Zoom with our study staff and will then complete a guided self-help program for 8 weeks. There is no cost for accessing this study, and you will be compensated for your time as indicated. \n\nWe ask that you complete this study with another person who knows you well if possible. If you are interested in this study, please contact us at vtpersonalitylab@gmail.com to setup an appointment time. Eligibility Criteria: You must be 18 years or older and comfortable reading and writing in English to participate in this study.
